If your putting gets out of whack, remember one overriding principle: You can`t get into too much trouble if you start with the puttershaft in the vertical position.
When your putter tilts back or leans too far forward, you`re changing its loft and losing distance control. Start with the puttershaft at 90 degrees to the ground and return it there at impact.
